Choosing Your Outcomes
As adversity has piled up in Trevor’s life, from early heartbreak and heart palpitations to disruptions caused by the pandemic, Trevor realized that his life was dependent on his choices. Typically, there are two mindsets: The victim mindset and the growth mindset.

As a victim, a person accepts their fate as being beyond their control. Whether it is a result of genetics, bad luck, or external circumstances, a person concedes to the misfortune and merely dreams of a better reality.

Alternatively, an individual with a growth mindset adopts personal responsibility to realize that their life experience is an accumulation of micro choices they made. This creates power; you now have the ability to shape your future and rebuild your reality.

This is the reason that Trevor emphasizes mindset as being central to everything in life. Once you conquer your mindset, you can conquer your life.

75 Hard: A Test of Discipline
A great way to develop this warrior’s mindset is through a disciplined approach to reforming your life. 75 Hard, developed by Andy Frisella, is one such program.

Although fitness is an important component, that is only the tip of the iceberg. This challenge is about remaining disciplined and committed; trying to create the perfect day, and then recreate it over and over.

With repeated failures and exhausting days, 75 Hard has been a game changer for Trevor, helping him to elevate his mindset, create powerful habits, and prepare himself for the inevitable uncertainty and adversity of life.
